Writers are often told “just write about what you know, and success will follow.” When you think about it, this is true for any profession. So, when John became a real estate agent in 2012, he decided to totally concentrate on what he knows best, homes and golf villas at the Ventana Canyon Golf and Racquet Club. He has lived here since 2005. His first transaction happened soon after he earned his license and there have been ninety-six more to date. There are other factors at play here besides knowledge of upscale communities in this often-unpredictable real estate market. His thinking is customer service is right up there with his years as a professional salesperson and corporate owner/manager. All these skills and experiences add to his desire to help folks. The way he sees it, he simply treats everyone making a life changing decision to buy or sell a home just like he would treat myself.
