John Garruto

He retired from government service after a very productive 31 year career. He then entered the real estate profession. He quickly transitioned from residential real estate to the commercial side of the business. He specializes in both real estate investment properties and land development. He has owned investment properties ranging from single homes to large multi-family partnerships. He represents both investor buyers and sellers. One of the most important services he offers to investors, particularly new and small, is the role of consultant. He works with the client to establish their investing goals and objectives and a plan to achieve them. He creates a plan to constantly monitor the changing return on investment for each of their properties. He works with them to build their real estate portfolio over time. This includes determining when and how to sell each property. In the world of land development, he has worked on projects to develop small single family subdivisions, retail projects and large solar fields. He has been very successful at putting hundreds of acres of unlisted land under contract.
