John Gjokaj

John Gjokaj has 15 years under his belt as a real estate professional in a highly competitive southeastern Michigan market. Although, his first real estate transaction happened at just 19 years old when he secured financing in buying his first business. He wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps as a restauranteur. He negotiated terms for both the existing business and property and successfully closed and got into the business that his family and himself grew up in. He successfully ran and operated the day to day business as well as a full major construction addition and renovation to the property. He sold the property in 2001 and knew that the real estate market was for him instead of the family restaurant business.

John started in the mortgage loan industry shortly after. He help clients and potential buyers secure financing through various channels of both the private and public financial sector for both commercial and residential properties. The mortgage brokerage sector implosion came about and john shifted to the real estate market.

With the real estate market in complete disarray and in the worse shape in the history since the Great Depression. Through John's market knowledge, focus and tenacity during this time in real estate he secured relationships with a few local investors in the area. Through all the hard work and great deal making he gained the trust and loyalty of these investors that relied on him to succeed in the process of purchasing and selling properties in metro Detroit area.
