We decided to interview Goodman and associates because they had excellent reviews on Zillow and other real estate websites. We lived in Novi, Michigan for 14 years so we were familiar with the name as they had listed several houses in the area.
During the interview process, Sara came well prepared and she provided a detailed overview of the entire process. She also clarified overall expectations to us as sellers. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of local and national market and forecasted future trends. She was calm, composed and answered our questions with patience. She also provided range of sales price.
We decided to work with Goodman associates. Sara provided accurate timeframe to list the hosue on ther market and also guided us about the changes that we need to make to show the house to the potential buyers. As we were renting our house, she worked directly with our tenants and made sure that the house was shown in proper conditions. Our house was sold within first week and within the range that Sara provided to us earlier. The overall process was very smooth; when we experienced some issues, she was masterful at solving them while also respecting buyers’ rights and privileges. She also helped us to make sure that the house was cleaned, and all unused items were hauled away before giving the keys to the new owners.
Sara communicates at the right time and she avoids undue stress and panic. She is extremely professional, and she guides properly when you come across some unforeseen circumstances. When she were unable, she texted us to let us know why she couldn't at the moment and would return our phone calls. We were difficult buyers. We were looking to upsize, and staying area - but were in no rush to move. In otherwords we were waiting for that "perfect house." Sara was very patient.
