Informed, supportive, great listener, hands-on (in a good way), discerning, encouraging, patient, patient, patient... He didn't help us find a house, he helped us find a home! You aren't going to make many better decisions than to ask John Grant to sherpa as you ascend heights to discover your new home! Thank you, John!

He was professional, gave us honest feedback and information about prospective houses and made us feel so much more comfortable with the whole experience. John was in constant contact and responded to any questions extremely quickly and thoroughly. John Grant is a phenomenal real estate agent. When we worked with him as buyers, he was very thorough and spent a great deal of time answering questions. He also knows which "warning signs" to look for in a home (possible water damage, old mechanical systems, etc.). He made himself available to us and spent a lot of time helping us find the right home. We also sold a property with John, which sold for over asking price. We now call him "Top Dollar John". We highly recommend John, and will tell family and friends about him.
