LOOK NO FURTHER!!! We moved across country and were 1st time home buyers. John literally worked with us day and night and showed us over 100 homes in a span of 4 weeks. His laid back personality made our stressful situation easy and even fun! He's laid back, but not when it comes to getting your offer accepted! He got us into a neighborhood we wanted to be in with families and with every single thing we wanted in a home in a very fast moving market and within our means! 100% recommend and we can truly say with confidence you won't meet a realtor that works harder for you than John!

I found John through family and friends. He is a wonderful realtor. He was very flexible with his time. He would clear is schedule to make sure we had plenty of time to scavenger out houses. Thanks to him I found my dream townhome. I would definitely recommend John to anyone looking for a realtor.

We recruited John Grimes as our Realtor in the summer of 2019. We knew him and his family from our church and had heard nothing but praise for how he worked and represented his clients. We were trying to see if we could sell to investors without putting much into upgrading. John worked tirelessly and brought us offers from different types of investors. Alas they were below our needs. John advised us on updates we could do inside that kept our costs to a minimum. We listed on a Wednesday, John hosted an open house on Sunday and the following Wednesday we had an offer at full asking which we accepted. John walked us all the way through closing and has even been an advisor and friend even after our move from Georgia to Arizona. John helped me rent a townhome and did an exceptional job. He coached me through the pricing and did a wonderful job of screening applicants so my time was not wasted. He has also been great with documentation. When I misplaced the lease he quickly sent me a copy even though it was a year after he represented me. I highly recommend him.

TL;DR if you are looking to buy or sell, get John.
I have been working with John since the purchase of my first rental back in 2014. This recent purchase was my 9th house with John! As always, he is an knowledgeable real estate agent who works 80 hours a week. He would answer text message at 2am at night. He kept me updated through out the process. He 100% worked in my best interest at heart! Unlike my last unpleasant experience with my first real estate agent, John never talked down to me when answering questions and explaining the buying or selling process. I recommended him to my friends and colleagues. I told all my first time buyer friends to ask as many dumb questions as they want. John would have the patient to answer them all to make this already anxious buy/sale process way more at ease. Thank you so much John! I am looking forward to the next purchase with you.

John has been my realtor now for the past 3 real estate transactions. He is always very thorough, and capable of getting me a good deal whether it comes to negotiating closing costs or getting more for your home than you originally thought possible. I will definitely be using John again for my next transaction.

After many interviews with other realtors I chose John because he seemed like a go-getter, a friend told me about him and how he went into there neighborhood and just marketed the heck out of the houses he had for sale. I am so glade I chose him! My house was a unique one in that it was on a very busy road, looked tiny from the outside, and a weird floor plan. I believe his marketing strategy is what sold my house (he actually sold my house at the open house to a couple who really were just passing by and stopped in to have a look). I will certainly recommend him and use him again if the time arises.

Loved working with John. He was very helpful during the selling and buying process. He gave us tip and even helped with staging of our home to sell it. He was so patient with me and husband when it came it finding our new home. He really listens to what his clients want and works nonstop until you find what you're looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If you want your home sold quickly and someone who doesn't force you in a home, John's your guy. You can't go wrong with him.
