John Hancock

A native Santa Fe, John has been selling Santa Fe real estate for 35 years and has been a broker with Barker Realty since 1994. He is a past president and director of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, positions that help him understand the ins and outs of real estate which often include a high degree of problem solving. Comfortable with the many facets of real estate, including residential and land sales, and selling and leasing commercial properties, John believes quality information is critical in helping buyers and sellers make sound decisions. In addition to selling real estate, John enjoys photography and riding horses. He and his wife of 35 years have two daughters.
