John Harney

John is a lifelong resident of Rutherford County where he is a commercial real estate broker with the Park Trust Commercial and CEO of Part Trust Development. While other commercial brokers specialize in one category of commercial real estate, John has a vast breadth and depth of experience in office, retail, industrial and land sales, and development. His extensive knowledge of the market comes from his 35+ years of commercial real estate experience throughout Middle Tennessee including Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, Wilson, Bedford, Coffee, and Warren counties. John has been the #1 individual broker in terms of sales dollar volume for the Parks family of companies for the last four years. He is a graduate of Leadership Rutherford, past board member of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commmerce, past president of the Discovery Center at Murfree Spring, an Eagle Scout and executive board member of the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts, trustee of the Sam Davis Home Memorial Association, and board member of Intend Ministries. John and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 40 years. Together they have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. John and his family are active members of World Outreach Church.
