John has successfully owned and operated wide variety of businesses including Liquor stores, Retail companies, Gas stations, Car washes, and Restaurants in both San Diego and Michigan. He opened his first liquor store in Coronado in 1999 which he turned into one of the top selling liquor stores on the island. In 2001, he opened a wine and pizza shop also in Coronado, his initial entry into the restaurant industry. John later ventured into Gas stations and Car washes, owning several ARCO and Chevron stations throughout all of San Diego county and a car wash in Sterling Heights Michigan where he still has family. He purchased a Mediterranean restaurant on 4th Avenue, downtown San Diego which he successfully ran for almost 10 years. He loves working in the restaurant industry because of the close interaction with the customers. He credits his excellent customer service to his success in the restaurant industry. Along with being a broker, He will be opening his latest restaurant, Casa Del Vino coming to Chula Vista this summer! John graduated from Cuyamaca College with a degree in business management before finding his passion for real estate. He was a residential assistant agent at My Fair Realty in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and Keller Williams Carmel Valley/Del Mar after moving back to San Diego before joining Woodbridge Investments. John won the Rookie MVP award at Keller Williams within 3 months of joining. He has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions for almost 25 years. He strives to form great relationships with his clients and works relentlessly to achieve their real estate goals. A man of many languages, John is fluent in English, Aramic, Greek, and Arabic.
