John’s "Why" in this life is to help and inspire people to become better, including both his customers and the people that he is fortunate enough to have working for this company. He is passionate about establishing meaningful relationships with as many people as possible to help them make their dreams come true with the purchase of a primary residence, second home, or investment property. The best part of this passion (besides living by the beach and working in flip-flops) is that John’s customers become close friends and their relationship continues long after the keys are exchanged at the closing table. In addition to running Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Emerald Coast Brokerage and helping people accomplish their dreams, John loves his family, three dogs, fishing, and craft beer. He has all the necessary qualifications and the experience to exceed expectations during a real estate transaction. He is more than willing to discuss them in greater detail should he be fortunate enough to meet you.
