About John

I would like to introduce myself. My name is John Jamgochian, known as John Jam in the real estate industry. I currently live in East Goshen Township, Chester County, PA with my wife, two children, and our hyper-active Wheaten terrier, Zepplyn. Our children currently attend school in the West Chester Area School District. They are involved in CYO sports, Great Valley Little League, Upward basketball, Upward cheerleading, and are members of the West Chester YMCA.
Prior to moving to East Goshen, I lived my entire life in Delaware County where I attended St. Cyril’s Elementary School, Upper Darby High School, and Saint Joseph’s University. In 1990, I began my career as a full-time realtor working for Century 21 Gallagher in Havertown. In 1998, several independent Century 21 offices merged to form Century 21 Alliance. This merger proved to be a huge success for the company and for its realtors. I thoroughly enjoyed my association with this Havertown Century 21 office and during those 21 years, I sold over 450 house and won numerous awards.
As my children got older and more involved in the West Chester community, it seemed like the perfect time for me to expand my career into the West Chester/ Chester County market and to move to an office closer to my home. While considering this change, it was important to me to seek out another elite, well-known real estate franchise, whose broker/owners had the same integrity, professionalism, and work ethic to which I had previously been accustomed.
In 2011, I found the perfect fit. I joined RE/MAX Preferred, located in East Goshen Township, West Chester, PA. RE/MAX Preferred has two outstanding locations. For Delaware County clients, our Newtown Square location at 12 Saint Alban’s Circle is easily accessible, and for Chester County clients, our West Chester office is conveniently located at 1595 Paoli Pike, Suite 101. With two offices, I feel uniquely qualified to serve both counties and to give my clients the excellent service they have come to expect.
So really nothing has changed, except where I report to work each day. My mission remains to deliver the finest real estate service based on the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
