John is the consummate professional. He works hard and gives tremendous amounts of time, energy, support and knowledge to his clients. I have experienced many realtors as I am a luxury custom home builder, but there are none as qualified and professional as John. He works tirelessly until the job is done and done well. I highly recommend John if you're looking to buy or sell. He found my perfect home for me. I was getting frustrated finding exactly what I was looking for but John never gave up finding me that perfect home. He's professional and knowledgeable and has such a good personality. John Karoumi ROCKS. I can't express enough how great John was during the process of selling our house and buying the new one. He was always available, very responsive, worked very well with other agents, looked for his client's benefit and handled some tough situations very well. He sold our old home in one day for more than we expected, he was able to estimate the selling price very accurately, and worked very well with the buyers until the closing which was very smooth. Also, he did a fantastic job during the search for the new house in a very competitive market, he kept working and working with us and never gave up until we found the right house and fortunately we didn't have to over pay or settle for something we didn't want. He was always available for us and he met with us within a very short time whenever we wanted to see a new listing and in all weather conditions with accommodating our child's needs. John has a great personality, he is very genuine, understands his client's needs and knows the business very well. Hire him.
