John W. Karpowich is a Real Estate Professional. Broker Associate Active Florida Realty. John Karpowich is a five-time Grammy® award-winning, Los Angeles based audio engineer. As well as an accomplished, multilingual audio producer, consultant and educator he has over two decades of professional experience collaborating with major recording artists and record labels. John launched his career as an independent audio engineer in 1991 by founding WICH Audio Services, Inc. This international multi-media company specializes in audio/film production, engineering, consulting, and education. John’s fluency in English, Italian and Spanish languages created a demand for his talents in both the American and Latin music markets. REAL ESTATE became John’s passion back in 2003 after buying, remodeling, and selling the first of several properties in Los Angeles, California. After much success in real estate investing, John turned his sights on becoming a licensed California real estate agent. Combining the skills of high level artist negotiations and communications into success for his clients in real estate became second nature. Since 2006, John has been associated with a boutique California real estate firm, Hacienda Realty, specializing in providing professional real estate services to clients in the music, film and entertainment industries. Being dedicated to providing his clients with the utmost in fiduciary responsibilities has resulted in many successful, faithful, and enduring client relationships. In 2012, John acquired his Florida real estate license and aligned with the most established, innovative and forward-thinking real estate brand.
