John has been serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the Rockport, Fulton and surrounding communities for over 30 years, all at Key Allegro Real Estate. He has always been recognized as a “Top Producer” with Key Allegro. John works full-time to stay on top of current market trends and the ever changing inventory of properties. A resident since 1979, John has seen first hand the growth and development of the Live Oak Peninsula and the entire Coastal Bend area.

John is very involved in his community and real estate professional organizations. John is a recent past director for the Texas Association of Realtors and past president and past director with the Rockport Area Association of Realtors and has just completed 2 terms as a Trustee for TREPAC, the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee. He has served on the Boards of the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Rockport Center for the Arts and the Rockport-Fulton Economic Development Committee and is active volunteer at most local festivities.

John and Penny have lived in Rockport for over forty years. They love nature, art, exercise and socializing with friends and family. John can't imagine living anywhere else and truly believes that: “Every day is a holiday!”
