I’ve been in the real estate business in California for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in all phases of real estate; buying, selling, residential/commercial development & management, leasing, lot splits, finance, construction (California General Contractor Lic.#: 602828), fix & flips, remodels, land development, income property, property owner, etc. Though I handle all types of real estate sales transactions, I enjoy concentrating on being a buyer’s broker the most. I love to research properties for my clients and negotiate a great deal for them. I’m not one of those “pushy” salesmen just trying to make a quick sale. I’m patient with my clients and move at my client’s pace. My philosophy is this: My client is my “boss” and I work for them.
