We had a need to sell our condo at Naples, Florida, which had an existing and difficult tenant. Laurie and her colleague John provided superior service through out the whole selling process. We did not have to leave our home state New Jersey and the condo was sold within a few months. We are extremely pleased and grateful with their help and service. Laurie and John advised us in setting an excellent asking price about $10K higher than we estimated based on their knowledge of a strong local market.
