John was born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming. He served in the Army for 10 years where he was stationed in West Germany for a number of years. He began his real estate career in Arizona working with an international real estate company, Trammell Crow Residential. John returned to Laramie's real estate market in 2006. He served on the Laramie Board of Realtors Executive Board for 5 years and was Board President, 2009-2010. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the Laramie Board of Realtors.
