John Majkrzak started his Real Estate career in 2014 after an extensive sales career and a proven track record of client results coupled with honest and hardworking dedication while representing buyers and sellers of homes, condominiums, and investment or vacation properties.

Working with buyers as well as clients looking to sell their current home to upgrade or downsize, John is a very patient advisor for buyer clients throughout the buying process and he is a confident negotiator for seller clients in assisting them in their goal of selling their property for the highest and best price.

Having owned a part time residence in Palm Springs before to becoming a full-time resident in 2017, John fully understands the challenges of buying and owning a property long distance.

Prior to realizing a passion for real estate, John had an exceptionally successful career in broadcast sales working for CBS Television, FOX Television, United Broadcasting as well as Chris Craft Industries in both sales and sales management. By using his previous experience, John knows what it takes to get things done and will use his skills to benefit of all clients.

Although originally from Memphis, Tennessee; John has been a resident of California for 32+ years and considers this to be his home. He loves living in Palm Springs with his husband and fur babies Lola and Boo who love to explore all that Coachella Valley and California has to offer.

As a member of the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors John uses his professional relationships with fellow agents to represent his clients in a professional manner.
