I called John and Lisa when my husband's Uncle said they did a great job selling his home in Redford and purchasing his home through them in Livonia almost 7 years ago. He saved their business card this whole time because of his experience! John got a feel for what we were looking for over the phone and he and Lisa pulled together a bunch of properties for our first meeting. Several of the properties matched exactly with properties from our Zillow favorites which told me they had really listened and knew the area well. Our offer was accepted on the 2nd home John and Lisa showed us in Northville for $325,000. John and Lisa then came out to list our home in Livonia on 30481 Grandon for $164,900. They explained their amazing marketing program using the Coming Soon section on Zillow to generate interest prior to showing the house. We had 45+ couples through the open house which generated 13 offers. John and Lisa got us a record high price of$174,000 on our home utilizing an Appraisal Escalator clause and their incredible aggressive marketing plan. Not only were we able to sell our home in Livonia for a record breaking price, but we were able to buy below market in Northville since our house ended up appraising for $340,000.
