John was excellent. We were first time homebuyers, and he explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions, he didn't pressure us. When the paperwork got thick or things looked overwhelming he was there to encourage us and help us with anything we needed. We really felt like he was in our corner. John is clearly in this business because he likes people and genuinely enjoys helping them... he also loves houses and properties and markets, they make him come alive. He is very knowledgeable, and extremely responsive in communication. You will not be disappointed if you get him as a realtor!

My experience with John was top notch from beginning - finding a loan officer - to end - moving in, and beyond. John knows his business back and forward and was thoughtful and helpful every step of the way, available with minimal delay, and, not infrequently, immediately. I realize it’s not possible that this should be everybody’s experience, but from putting in an offer to closing for us was five weeks. For this we have God to thank first, John Martin second.
