John Mausteller

John grew up in a real estate family, both his grandfather and father had successful careers in commercial real estate business. He spent his summers coming to the Outer Banks to visit his grandparents in Duck. He quickly fell in love with the area and all it has to offer. After a few years selling commercial real estate in Virginia, John relocated to the Outer Banks in 2014. He has since helped numerous clients start their home ownership journey, whether investing, searching for a second home, or their primary residence. Along with his wife, Katie - they have helped countless clients buy and sell. Our lives revolve around real estate. Whether working with clients, managing our own investments near and far, or designing a home - real estate is in our blood. When we are not working, you can find us and our daughter (and soon to be twin boys) hanging at the beach, surfing, or traveling the world.
