John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the sale of my property. He helped take the stress out of a very stressful situation. He knew what steps to take throughout the whole process. He had realistic expectations of what my property would sell for and was honest with me when discussing this. He was always available when I had questions and talked to me in a way that I could understand as I was a first time seller. He took the time to explain what to expect through every step of the way. He was great when relaying conversations he had with other realtors and always made sure to keep me in the loop. When it came to repairs/upgrades that needed to be done, he was realistic in what I should do within comparison of the price point my property would sell at. I could not have asked for a better realtor during this process! John was amazing.

ProTrust Realty, and specifically John McCabe, simply delivered!!! There were several challenges we were facing with the property which required the involvement of the Army Corp of Engineers, Environmental Engineers, HOA, etc. and while I wasn't familiar with the appropriate steps that needed to be taken, John McCabe and ProTrust Realty certainly were. Their knowledge and experience led my wife and I not only getting our dream home, but we were able to get it at well below listing price! Our dealings with John McCabe were far from what I would consider the traditional client/agent relationship, but rather felt like family. There was no question that John was on our team! He listened to our requests, suggestions and concerns and addressed them clearly. I will recommend John and ProTrust Realty to my family, friends and anyone that is in the market for selling or buying a home! Couldn't be happier to be in our new home!!

I’ve worked with John for years. He’s always attentive and responsive. He cares for his clients long term. For example, a mutual client wanted an inspection a year after they closed on a new home and John was there to make sure the client’s concerns and/or anything new was reported to the builder. This is extremely rare and definitely shows the caliber of his work ethic.
