John McGuire

John McGuire is the president of Real Property Management Affiliates and oversees all day-to-day operations for the company. Before launching the business, he enjoyed a successful energy trading and finance career. John is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University. Originally from Birmingham, AL, he graduated with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Finance.

John leverages his deep financial background to work closely with real estate investors, helping them to maximize their returns and protect their investments; all the while maintaining the highest level of communication and responsiveness. Having served in client facing roles his entire career, he recognizes the value of establishing long-term relationships and he believes that “real” property management requires best in class service.
