Before his Real Estate career John McHatton’s background was in marketing and advertising. He received his degrees, BBA and MBA both specializing in Marketing at Loyola University of Chicago. After that he found his career in marketing and advertising in the liquor industry with Chicagoland as his territory. The skill sets learned there gave him the training to effectively market and sell homes. His negotiating skill, diligence and straight forward honesty, make John an asset to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Real estate is his passion, John has served as homeowner's associations Board President on his personal condominium and townhome residences for the past 25 years, the knowledge he has acquired there comes in very handy for buyer and sellers alike.
