John sold my wife and I our first home and the experience from start to finish was one of the best experiences we ever had. We did not know what to expect but John was very hands on throughout the entire process and he thoroughly explained every step of the process so there were no surprises at any point along the way. When we sent John listings of houses we wanted to see, he checked into every property with no delay and kept us informed in a very timely manner as to which properties were still available to view and the properties that were under contract. This helped us to save time by focusing on the properties that were available and to quickly move past the properties that were no longer on the market. He also was always prompt and on time to show us the properties no matter where it was and he was extremely accommodating to our schedules. He always made time for us and he was very responsive to any emails, text messages or calls my wife and I made and sent to him. Anytime my wife and I have a friend, coworker or family member who are looking to buy a home, John is ALWAYS the first person we refer them to. He has a great work ethic and is very personable and he made us feel like family. John is extremely passionate and just down right TOP NOTCH about his craft and it showed in the way that he handled our process for one of the biggest purchases in me and my wife's life. We are forever grateful and appreciative for the part John played to help us obtain our first home. He is THE MAN to see when it comes to real estate and just an overall great person!!
