John McLaughlin

Mr. McLaughlin currently works as a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Sales team. John has been charged with providing clients with the essential market-based information, valuation and marketing services necessary to support the sale of multifamily properties. John has assisted in the disposition of over $12 billion of multifamily transactions, in excess of 60,000 units.

John’s focus is on the financial analysis and underwriting for each project as well as assisting in the production of valuation and marketing materials and coordinating access to required due diligence documents. Prior to working within investment sales, Mr. McLaughlin was with CBRE’s Consulting and Valuation Group and specialized in multifamily properties throughout New England, with assignments totaling over 35,000 units.
