John Mecke

John Mecke’s connection to the Northern Neck spans decades, beginning with his early sailing adventures on the Chesapeake Bay in the 1950s. After becoming a landowner in 1998 and a full-time resident on Carter’s Creek in 2013, he has developed a deep appreciation for the region’s waterfront lifestyle and coastal communities.

With 38 years of corporate leadership experience, John entered the local real estate market in 2010 and has been proudly assisting buyers and sellers throughout the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula ever since. His professional background, paired with strong analytical and organizational skills, allows him to provide comprehensive guidance to clients navigating waterfront and inland properties.

An active member of the community, John serves on several local boards including the Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Rappahannock General Hospital Foundation.
