John Miglionico

John Miglionico is an experienced professional, who can guide sellers and buyers through the complex decisions required to complete a real estate transaction. He is committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, timeliness and enthusiasm. John listens, communicates, and is accessible to his clients, providing them with all the information they need to make informed decisions.

John has been a consistent top producer with over 35 years in the real estate industry. He has participated in a variety of real estate transactions in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. As an owner of multi-unit properties, John gained experience in investment property. He worked with a non-profit agency developing, and selling homes to first time buyers. John worked in the mortgage business for 10 years, providing mortgages for home buyers and investors. He taught real estate courses at Philadelphia Community College.

John earned a BA degree from La Salle College in Business Administration. He continually updates his real estate knowledge with contiuning education classes and seminars.

John is a past-president of West Mt Airy Neighbors, and a member of the Mt Airy Business Association. He also serves as a Democratic Committee person in Philadelphia’s 2nd Ward.

John and his family live in the Pelham section of West Mt. Airy. His two sons are graduates of Chestnut Hill Academy.
