I've been licensed since 2007 and have been with Keller Williams in Washington Twp. since August 2012. I have been a Washington Twp. resident for 20 years and enjoy coaching intramural sports for my 2 boys. As an ABR(Accredited Buyer's Representative) I have completed training in servicing buyer needs on all levels. I am a CDPE(Certified Distressed Property Expert) in handling Short Sale negotiations and helping sellers find foreclosure alternatives. I am also BPO Certified(Broker Price Opinion) and have completed over 3,000 property valuations for the country's leading Mortgage Lending Servicers. I service Gloucester, Camden & Burlington Counties but I am licensed throughout the state. I strive on providing excellent customer service and fulfilling my clients needs in their real estate transactions.
