John holds several prestigious industry designations, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), IRES (International Real Estate Specialist), and OICP (OwnAmerica Investment Certification Program). He is also currently pursuing CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations.
In addition to his sales achievements, John has been a dedicated leader within the real estate community. He has been actively involved with the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® for over 40 years, serving on Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Professional Standards committees. He also served for 12 years on the board of the Building Industry Association of Louisville.
A lifelong Louisville resident, John graduated from Trinity High School and earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Western Kentucky University. He and his wife, Kris, enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time with their two daughters and three grandchildren.
