John Morally is a licensed real estate broker in California. John has been a member of La Costa Resort for over twenty-five years and has lived in North County since 1981. He has purchased and sold several homes for clients over the years. He specializes in La Costa, Carlsbad, and Rancho Santa Fe, as he has lived in all these communities. He has eight years of experience helping buyers and sellers understand the process of purchasing and selling properties. John is committed to listening to his client’s needs and utilizing his negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
John’s diverse background brings a degree of expertise rarely seen in real estate. John developed a twenty-home subdivision in Buena Park, has built numerous industrial buildings in California, and has experience in land development. In 2012 he purchased over two-hundred distressed homes across the Country. John has experience in interior design, residential and commercial construction.
Determined to redefine the real estate client experience, John went on to earn his real estate Broker license and founded John Paul Morally Real Estate, a boutique, concierge-style real estate firm.
