John's career in media as an owner and national sales manager of a television station required him to interact with leading advertising agencies and the best marketing minds in the advertising industry on a daily basis. His extensive marketing background and ability to work with buyers and sellers to make the best deal for both parties makes his transition to real estate a natural fit. A native New Yorker, he has a deep understanding from Manhattan to the Hamptons. Not just versed in real estate, he was also an investor in Mulderrig Builders, a construction company that specialized in building luxury housing in Southampton and Sag Harbor, providing him with the additional insight into the value of a property. He has been raising his family in the Sutton Place area, coaching baseball and soccer in his spare time, and playing tennis in between.
