John Neal

Director of Property Operations. Industry veteran with 20+ years in real estate, primarily focusing on the property management & investment side of the business. He is well-regarded in the industry for attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to responsive, personal service. He has many years of executive level management experience with real estate investment firms in the greater Charlottesville area, and currently serves as the Director of Property Operations at Great Eastern Management Company overseeing operations of all residential and commercial properties. His strong management experience and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market provides his clients with outstanding representation.

The former President of the local apartment trade association, the Blue Ridge Apartment Council (BRAC), as well as an alumnus of Leadership Charlottesville, a program of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. He played collegiate tennis and enjoys hitting the courts regularly, as is currently serving as the Head Boys' Tennis Coach at Charlottesville High School. He has served as a volunteer coach for both the McIntire Little League and the Virginia Basketball Academy's Junior Basketball League. John and his wife have lived in Charlottesville for the past 21 years, and they have two very active, wonderful children.
