I have lived in the Virginia Beach area since 1982, practicing real estate since 2004, and obtained my broker's license in 2009. My extensive experience includes high end sales in excess of $3M, investing, as well as representing builders and developers. I graduated from Norfolk Academy, and moved back to Virginia Beach after graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance. Prior to practicing real estate, I worked in the lending/mortgage industry, which has given me the background to help clients through the entire home sale process. We are so appreciative of John Neal,‘s assistance in finding our waterfront retirement home. He never tired of showing us new listings. However he seem to intuitively narrow our search learning from each showing what we value. In the end we found the perfect lake home within walking distance of the bay and numerous restaurants. Five years later we are completely happy with our home and intend to remain here throughout our senior years.

I would highly recommend John as an agent. His knowledge of the various waterfront communities as well as an innate sense of his client’s comfort level with the various communities and properties, provided us with an opportunity for a home we will treasure for decades.

We used John Neal several years ago when we decided to move from our condo to a single family house. We gave him all of our specific requests ( price range, square footage, bedrooms/baths, specific neighborhoods, etc.). John provided us with various properties that met these qualifications and we scanned them and then narrowed our properties to actually tour. Throughout the entire process John was very professional and very helpful. I am happy to say that he not only found the perfect house for us but he also sold our condo in less than a month. I would certainly recommend him to any one looking to buy or sell.
