It is often recommended to “NOT do business with a friend”. Quite the contrary in the case of selling our home in Newport Beach. My husband and I have known John and his family for 20 years and we can say without a doubt that John was instrumental in getting our home ready to list, listing it, marketing it and selling it within days for the price we wanted.
