John's knowledge of the local market is very impressive. His most important attribute in my opinion is his honesty and integrity. I have and in the future would highly recommend him to friends and family. My particular home purchase was quite complex and challenging and John never gave up on our dream home purchase, every step of the way he was there giving his honest opinion never trying to rush us or do anything but be supportive and give honest opinions. In the past we had a realtor who was never available to show us a home when we wanted to see it instead we had to rely on their schedule. I can remember several instances where John was able to meet us at the drop of a dime at any home we desired and for that we were very grateful. Another great attribute is his expertise in FHA and conventional loans and his close relationships with several brokers, we were able to get much better financing compared with going with a large bank.
