John sold my Tamarac property last year and I couldn't he happier with his service and knowledge. He helped me set the sales price, advised me on what had to be fixed prior to showing, held two open houses, and found me a buyer in short order. He even fixed a GFCI outlet that wasn't working to pass inspection. John is highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with - I recommend him highly.

This is the second time John sells a house for a us this year and has been flawless both times. John goes beyond the standard role and responsibilities of a Realtor. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to construction and codes which comes handy and I highly recommend hiring him to either buy, sell or rent a property.
