We lost out on the first two due to sellers not understanding the market, most likely a result of a bad listing agent. But the third one stuck and we are thrilled with this outcome. We have moved multiple times across various states as well as an international move. John helped us with our relocation from Alabama to Naperville, Illinois. and from start to finish it was a great experience and partnership. We initially met John two years ago when he assisted our daughter's move from Minneapolis to Chicago. John's patience, knowledge, and guidance were both valuable and appreciated. Having moved multiple times we have worked with a variety of realtors and only two have been outstanding - one of which is John O'Brien. Our recent move coincided with the beginning of the pandemic and from the start John was "all in". His eagerness to find us the right house transcended into many virtual first and second tours, a steady stream of listings, rapid response to our questions, and the belief that he was working with us every day and each step of the process.
