Just signed up to use John O'Donnell here at Lighthouse Realty to manage my properties in Seabright... wow... the minute contracts were signed John sprung into action and organized a clean up/dry out/rebuild of an upstairs shower leak! Everything is done super fast and like it was his own property... a huge weight off my shoulders as I'm just heading on vacation out of the country. This is why you hire a property manager!

It's still early days, but I can already tell John is organized, fast, conscientious, and goes the extra mile on everything like it's his own property... Another huge reason landlords want a pro like John is access to his top notch property repair and maintenance team... this team gets steady work from John and his colleagues at Lighthouse, so his landlord clients end up getting fast and top notch, 5 star service at the best prices. Property managers just have so much more leverage with contractors and service providers since they give them so much steady business... this reason alone is enough for me to be super happy I signed with John. As a single property or even just a few property landlord, you just can't have that instant access to service providers at the best prices like a property manager can. We just have one off jobs.
