We called John after a family member recommended him. We were moving from Minnesota to Sacramento, in the middle of a pandemic, and needed to buy our first house on a tight deadline, knowing that we would be doing a lot of it virtually, in a competitive market. John totally stepped up to the challenge, took us under his wing, and made the process efficient, informative, and dare I say **fun**. We found and closed on our first home in 60 days. We didn't actually see the home in person before we had the keys. The home came in under budget after some of John's negotiations, is in the quaintest neighborhood, and we just cannot get over how PERFECT this home is for us. We could not have done it without John! Such a fun, nice, & hardworking person that happens to be a great realtor!

John Ojo recently helped us sell our home. His level of professionalism and experience exceeded our expectations. With his advice we were able to sell our home well above the listing price in a matter of 4 days on the market. Since this was the our first time selling our home we had many questions throughout the process. John was able to answer our questions and give us updates throughout the process. He goes above and beyond for your real estate needs. We closed on my house in 30 days. He was in constant contact with me and all parties. He's very reliable. I will definitely use him again. What I like the most about working with John is that he listened to what I had to say I told him my numbers I told him where I wanted to be and he never wasted a minute of my time showing me something not in my number. I got a house so fast it wasn't funny and after the purchase he was still there for me he was a godsend thank you John for everything

My family and I have had the GREAT pleasure of working with John Ojo to find a new home. John has been absolutely amazing and has gone well beyond what other realtors do to assist us in finding a home! We are so impressed with all of his negotiations, assistance and the time he took to ensure we found a place to call home. John has high integrity, he is also friendly, reliable, dedicated, has amazing work ethic and genuinely cares about all of our circumstances. Our landlord had given us notice she was selling the home we rented from her so we had a very short period of time to find a new home and move. We would be renting again if it was not for all of John's dedication. I certainly hope Keller Williams appreciates all that John Ojo has to offer.
