John has been in the RE industry for over 13 years both as a Real Estate agent and previously in mortgage finance as a loan officer. He has lived up and down the Eastside for the last 40 years and has helped his clients buy and sell homes from Bellingham to Maple Valley and everywhere in between.

On joining Compass Real Estate, John shared, "The decision was easy. John is happily married with 5 kids, enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is also an avid Eagles fan, "It's like a genetic mutation passed down from generations in my family, nothing I can do about it so I embrace it, Go Birds".

As first time home buyers we met John at a showing. After talking with him and getting to see he is a very laid back no pressure agent, I knew in that moment that I wanted to work with him on buying our first home. Besides marrying my wife, it was one of my best decisions so far. John was easy to work with and quick to reply. John was willing to meet us at any property we wanted to look at and pushed us to ensure we did not miss an opportunity on a home that interested us. When we did find our home, we found out shortly after seeing it that an offer had just been submitted. This did not discourage John, this ignited him. John ensured us we were not out of the fight, and provided us the best guidance he could to ensure we had a seat at the table. John's relentless guidance and expertise ended up landing us the home and winning over two additional offers. All I can say is if you want a down to earth, personable and fully transpart real estate agent, you should work with John. When it comes down to it John is a real estate assassin and knows the industry, which is what you need in someone who is helping you sell or buy a home. #IvoteforJohn

We met John at an open house near our home. The house already had an offer and was above our budget. He was kind and helpful to get us into a similar style home with the great room feel that was within our budget. He attended to all our needs even viewing homes that were pretty far off the beaten path. We ended up with a new home on property that fit our needs and wants. I will recommend John to family and friends!!
