I recently bought a home and I chose John Ortega as my real estate agent because of his professionalism, knowlege of the different real estate segments in our economy today and ability to find homes that met my preferred criteria. My expectations were to have someone that understood my financial situation, had excellent commnication & response to my calls and emails at all hours of the day, able to present me with all the facts about each of the homes I was interested in and to be willing/able to accomodate my schedule. John Ortega more than exceeded my expectations in all these areas. I had heard from other people that had bought a home that the whole home buying process can be a very daunting and stressful experience. My experience, with John Ortega as my real estate agent, was nothing like that all. I would use John Ortega again if i was going to buy another home and would definitley recommend him to my family & friends and anyone considering to buy a home.
