John Peterson is the epitome of full service Realtor. He helped us find a home off market all because he was not afraid to ask questions and put himself out there. We negotiated a fair deal for both parties with a seamless closing. He spent many long hours working for us. He toured us around the area as we were relocating to make sure we knew everything Chapin had to offer. If you want a great communicator, a tenacious and loyal agent who literally knows everyone then John is your guy. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell. Besides being a great realtor he is also a solid human being. Shortly after contacting on our new home John surprised my kids by pressure washing their new tree house. He is the agent and friend you want in your corner.
