We came to John as a referral from someone who recently purchased a home. Throughout the whole process, John was able to educate us on the necessary steps, as well as being completely transparent. He was a resource for us at all hours of the day and made sure that we understood how everything would be structured.

Being a first time home buyer, the whole process was very intimidating and we felt like we were walking in blind. Thankfully, John held our hand through the process and we were able to find our dream home within 2 weeks!

When viewing homes, he preformed methodical inspections, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of finishes and appliances. Just by showing us a few homes and paying attention to what I liked and disliked, he was able to quickly catch on the type of home that he knew I would love.

He was very patient and flexible with both of our work schedules, and we are fortunate to have John, not only as a realtor, but now as a friend. Thank you, John!

John helped me find the perfect home and helped answer all my questions along the way! Being a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous and intimidated by the entire process. I didn’t know where to begin. But John made this the most exciting and worry free process ever. He answered all my questions throughout, remained in contact with me to provide me with updates as quickly as possible, and has a network of resources to make sure we remained competitive in such a tough market. He has the business acumen combined with interpersonal skills that reassured me that I made the right decision entrusting John as my realtor. Touring houses and discussing strategies were the highlights of my day. My only regret is that this process went by too quick!

This was my first home buying experience and John really made me feel comfortable and helped me out big time!! He was always patient, available at all hours basically and would answer any questions I had. A lot of times I wasn't sure about things, but John would let me know the pros and cons and help me make a decision. It was really amazing how observant he was because he started to notice things that I liked and didn't liked before I even realized how I felt. John honestly saved me a lot of time and driving because he would let me know what I might not like about houses ahead of time. Also there were a lot of times I had to last minute change my schedule and John always tailored his schedule for me which I am so grateful for. Buying a home is no easy task at the moment, but John really made it a worth while and a fun experience. I really learned a lot from him. Even now post purchasing process, I continue to rely on John for all sorts of things and he always helps. The true spirit of a "yes man" type. Don't think I could've found someone better to help me with this whole process.

In the back of my head, I always thought selling a house and buying one would be the most complicated process ever, but John made this process as simple as possible. Sure we had some unexpected hurdles along the way, but John was composed and handled everything that came his way so smoothly that made the experience easy for my family and I. John also helped out with being very prepared and available when needed. He also said to me, "call or text me if you need anything at all" and I definitely took advantage of that. He took a lot of the stress off my back because I was going through a lot and oh man he was so helpful. I highly recommend John is anyone is looking to buy, sell, get more information about housing! John Pham was great to work with and highly responsive to emails/texts/calls. He was very informative throughout the process, honest with us about everything, and just a pleasant person all around.

John explained all of the options and details during the negotiation phase and let us decide without being pushy after presenting us with all of the options. He always brought a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.

John is a complete pro. He possesses knowledge of the industry well beyond his years while being extremely personable. As first time homebuyers, my girlfriend and I had little knowledge of what the process to purchase a home would entail. Fortunately for us, John was excellent at explaining exactly what was needed and supported us each and every step of the way, and of course worked his magic to get us a fair deal on the home. From scheduling multiple showings a day for us, to answering the plethora of questions we had, he was always prompt and responsive. Purchasing a home is a huge decision and it was wonderful to have an agent we were able to have a genuine relationship with and trust to have our best interests in mind during the entire process. We cannot say enough good things about John and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.

If you're looking for someone who's personable, responsive, patient, and always looking out for you, John is your guy!

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Although Google was a great friend, I have to admit, John and his team were much better resources. He was always quick to respond to any and all of my questions - and trust me, I had plenty.

John was incredibly helpful when touring properties; he took the time to pay attention to the details/do inspections on appliances or areas (like the attic!) a first time homebuyer might overlook.

What truly sets John apart is his genuine desire to look out for you. It's really comforting knowing your realtor has your best interest in their own interest and they're not trying to just get their commission check. There was an instance when we had put in an offer already over asking price. The sellers wanted a higher offer and for us to waive all contingencies. If I had agreed, we could have easily ratified, but John kept me grounded. He was open and honest with me, essentially telling me the sellers were asking more than what he thinks the property is worth, and was understanding when I told him I wasn't comfortable waiving all the contingencies. I felt absolutely no pressure from John to accept the seller's counter. It all worked out in the end because I love the home I ended up with so much more than any of the other homes we put offers in for!

He honestly made the home buying process in this crazy market as seamless and pain-free as possible and I'm glad he was my agent.

I thought being a first time homebuyer with zero guidance was going to be a terrifying experience. I was completely wrong. I was referred to John and he made the entire experience stress free if not, dare I say, enjoyable. I could not have asked for a smoother process. I had questions and he had all of the answers. All of my worries or concerns vanished with a quick email or text. He always responded quickly with results. He is now going to be the only agent I will ever work with!
