This is to share with you our experience finding a house in Temecula with the help of John Preble. I think we were a very difficult project. We had specific location requests with a limited budget and other issues that made us not the most desirable renter. John didn’t give up on us. He took us on as a challenge. He was attentive, available, knowledgeable and friendly. I keep telling him, he is our first friend in Temecula. He found us a house that meets all our wants and needs, several acres in wine county and something we can afford. He spent a lot of time and effort to make sure we were successful. He worked hard to strategize our house hunt and answer all our questions. I would recommend him if you want to buy, sell or rent. He will get you what you need and want at the price you want!
