Years of property management, construction, residential rental ownership, and licensed real estate transaction experience make me uniquely qualified to represent you in the sale, or purchase, of your home. I am an initiative-taking communicator and analytical person who loves the challenge of finding the perfect home and negotiating the greatest possible deal for you, my clients!

When I am not busy finding or selling your home, I can be found at BSA Scout meetings (and outings) for his Son’s Troop 260 and his Daughter’s Troop 555 – they are both on the path to EAGLE! Or I might be helping serve Spaghetti dinner or Friday fish fry to raise funds for my parish. I have been focusing lately on learning about Senior Life Transitions, and I have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification from the State of California Department of Real Estate.
