Before moving to Hilton Head Island, I lived in Alabama, New England, Pennsylvania, Charlotte, and Atlanta. Despite living in each of those locations, Hilton Head has always been our special place. We faithfully visited the Lowcountry each year since the early 1980s and moved here just as soon as we could! Our three grown sons and their families now love visiting my wife Lynn and me on the island. It always felt like home and now it really is! Since a young age, my life’s work has been about being a coach and mentor to the people around me including neighbors, peers, coworkers, clients, and friends. Whether it’s coaching them on the strategy for their real estate investments or through a life change or their career development, nothing gives more pleasure than helping people unlock their next life adventure. My role as your real estate coach is very important and personal to me. Your absolute satisfaction, and the results we can achieve together - are my complete focus - from beginning to end. I have over 20 years of experience in the real estate investing market including buy/hold, fix/flip, single-family, and vacation rental strategies.
