John was the realtor who sold me my home in Sanford and who has helped me rent it out since leaving the community a few years later. I highly recommend John to sell your home. I selected him based on his quick response and very honest and insightful assessment of the difficult market and sales situation we were in. I was impressed at the speed in which he took care of things, the consistency of his timeliness and responses. Most importantly, I was impressed that he successfully negotiated a very difficult domestic situation and resulted in a very quick sale for a house that had previously been on the market for almost two years.
