John Rawlings is one of the best Real Estate Agents that we have ever worked with. He was very thorough and was great when looking at things from an investment standpoint. Five stars isn't enough for the OUTSTANDING service John provided. From the outset, he was the consummate professional and was committed to helping me achieve my goal of purchasing my first investment property. I couldn't have asked for or been BLESSED with a better agent. He is a Godsend, beyond a resource, and KNOWS Baltimore. As a first time home buyer I was lucky to be referred from a mutual friend and met Mr. John Rwalings. Mr. Rawlings was very professional, very attentive and more importantly a good listener. A good agent has to listen to your needs and find properties to bring your dream to a reality. Mr. Rawlings was 100% on board and worked day, night and weekends until I found my dream home.
