Highly recommend using Jack as your Realtor. Jack was very responsive to all of our MANY questions as new home buyers. He made the process easy and lightened those tense moments with well placed humor. Jack only works with the best and has amazing relationships with all his various partners during the process. Jack is the best agent to have on your side whether you are buying or selling. Jack knows the market through and through and excels at strategic decisions made on the basis of the market as it is. Jack will answer all of your questions and tell you what to anticipate. He will advise you what to do to enhance your position and make it stronger. What’s more, Jack will battle for your position in negotiations without mercy. You want him on your side in any negotiation. We drove away after the deal amazed at what Jack could do.
